I read a New York Times headline this morning that said, “Hanukkah begins tonight at sundown.”

Holy moly. That snuck up on me!

Then I scrolled down a bit to another headline that said, “Saturday is Christmas Eve.”

Crappers, man. Where is my head?

I love the holidays, but I’m not ready. I haven’t seen enough Hallmark movies yet.
