Visiting my local Benz Dealership

State inspection (oil change, and wiper blades) time is one of my two visits to the dealership each year. Fun. Not. Most times in life I don’t mind paying for quality, expertise, and experience. But each time I come here I just feel like I’m being price gouged.

I’m not going elsewhere. I will continue to come the MB dealership where I can be guaranteed the mechanics are Benz trained. But man, can we at least get courteous, friendly service and a comfy, welcoming waiting area where you’re tempting me with these beautiful new cars?
